Meet Rupert, a handsome 3-year-old Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrier mix who is ready to find his forever home. Weighing about 58 pounds, Rupert has an irresistibly big, goofy head and the cutest polka-dot snout that makes him impossible not to smile at. Rupert's story makes him even more special. He was rescued at the very last moment from the Gwinnett County Shelter and we are so grateful we were able to save him--because Rupert truly deserves a wonderful life with a loving family of his own. This sweet boy is friendly and well-mannered. He gets along nicely with both dogs and cats and is respectful of other dogs' space. Rupert has a pleasant, medium energy level and enjoys playing ball, doing joyful zoomies, and going for relaxed walks on leash. Car rides are another favorite--he's always happy to come along. At home, Rupert is affectionate and gentle. He loves giving kisses and snuggling on the couch and once he bonds with you, he will love you wholeheartedly. He is crate trained, potty trained, knows his basic commands, and continues to learn new tricks every day. He's good on leash and truly a joy to be around--a really great boy in every sense. Rupert is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.
