Carla’s Story Carla is a beautiful, incredibly sweet girl who is looking for a fresh start after her world was completely turned upside down. We don't know everything about her past, but it has left her very unsure of humans and the world around her. She is currently quite frightful, but despite how scary everything seems to her, Carla has absolutely not a mean bone in her body. She is pure gentleness from head to toe, and she just needs a soft place to land. Her Progress While Carla is still very timid, she is trying so hard and is slowly learning how to build trust with people. One of her biggest milestones? She will take yummy treats right from your hand—and she does it so gently. It’s her sweet way of saying, "I want to be brave, I just need a little help." Every small victory with Carla feels like winning the lottery. Watching her realize she is safe and loved is going to be an incredibly rewarding journey for the right person.
