Winston came to us when his owner entered a nursing home, and the family didn't want him. They gave him to someone who knew we did rescue, and they decided to turn him over to us to find him his last forever home. He may be almost 13 years old, but he doesn't act it! While he may not run a marathon, he still can hang with another adult, small dog. He would really enjoy having a home with a nice, fenced yard, and someone he can follow around all day and sleep with at night. Are you that person? Lonely? Well, Winston is here to help you get over that. He's ready and willing to grace your home with himself. He will also be your bodyguard, protecting you from strangers and things that go bump in the night. So, when a stranger comes to your door, proper introductions are needed. Once he knows they are a friend, then he'll be fine. But don t let that stop you from having the bestest friend you'll ever have.
