Danville – Smart, Athletic, and Always Ready for Fun Danville is a 4-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier mix, likely with some Labrador Retriever mixed in, weighing 80 pounds. He’s an intelligent, playful dog who loves interactive games, learning new skills, and spending time engaged with his people. Fetch enthusiast: Danville loves a good game of fetch. He also enjoys games of chase and other interactive plays with his person. Smart and trainable: He responds to cues such as “sit” and “paw,” is learning “down.” Treat motivated and attentive, he takes treats politely. While he may pull hard with excitement at the start of an outing, he remains manageable and settles down quickly. Athletic and playful: Danville shows off impressive agility while practicing barkour and following lures across outdoor furniture. Affectionate companion: He enjoys attention from his people and happily leans into pets and scratches. Danville would do best with appropriately matched dogs or as a solo dog with dog friends outside the home.
