Meet Angel Marie

Hey there! I’m Angel Marie, and I wanted to share a bit about myself now that I’ve settled into my foster home. Looking for a quirky girl? Winning! I love fast walks sprinkled with sniff stops and when we get home I enjoy celebratory play bows and spins because it just felt so good to get out in the fresh air and stretch my fluffy legs. During the day I can often be found napping on my back with all four legs in the air because I'm a gal who knows the art of relaxation. Car rides are a piece of cake and if you’re going somewhere – errands, to the park, coffee drive thru, whatever – then I want to go with you. Nail clippings are a cinch and I enjoy being brushed except am a little particular about my tail. Who isn’t? When new humans come over, I greet them with a gently wagging tail, walk right up to my new friend and wait for pets, but am not pushy. After a good meal, I like to give myself a hearty chin rub on my bed (or maybe yours?!? Ha!) and then flip over on my back and wiggle around in contentment. I love to sleep on the bed at night with my person and don’t hog the bed (much). Don’t be fooled by my age. Although technically a senior, I have a perfect balance of hanging out and GO energy. Want to play? Me, too! Want to hang out and watch TV or take a nap? Me, too!
