Meet Buddy
Buddy is a sweet boy. He is potty trained and will do his business right when he gets outside, then wander around the yard to inspect all the smells. He takes a bit to open up but will eventually make his rounds for pets and attention. He is definitely an older soul and knows what he wants to do. He enjoys a few pets, then will go and wander the yard again. He didn’t seem to care much about toys. I’m sure being a senior dog in a shelter is stressful, so I’m not getting the full picture of his personality. I think he would open up even more in a home. He’s a mature guy who will follow you around the yard, just wanting to be where you are. Once he’s ready to go inside, he’ll sit by the fence to let you know.
