Meet Cane

Help Cane Get the Care He Deserves ??Meet Cane, a sweet dog who has been facing several ongoing medical challenges and needs compassionate support. Cane is currently dealing with: Chronic bilateral otitis externa — ongoing inflammation and infection in both ears, with bacterial collarettes and furunculosis. His veterinarians are investigating whether an underlying condition such as atopic dermatitis, hypothyroidism, or atypical Cushing’s disease may be contributing to his recurrent skin and ear problems. Chronic osteoarthritis, which causes ongoing discomfort and affects his mobility. Chronic diarrhea, which may also be related to an underlying endocrine disorder and requires continued veterinary evaluation and management. Grade III/VI systolic heart murmur — Cane is also heartworm positive, making his medical care particularly important and requiring careful veterinary oversight. This animal is at risk for euthanasia.
