Meet Mustang

Mustang is a sweet, 65-lb gentleman with a tender heart who's looking for a calm, loving place to call home. He may be a little reserved at first and takes some time to feel safe, but with patience and understanding, he truly begins to blossom. Once he trusts you, Mustang shows just how affectionate and loyal he is. He enjoys the simple things in life-a short, relaxed stroll and a cozy place to rest by your side. He's not looking for constant activity, just a peaceful environment where he can feel secure and loved. Mustang would thrive in a quiet home with someone who will give him the time he needs to come out of his shell. In return, he'll offer gentle companionship, quiet loyalty, and a bond that only grows stronger with time.~~~~~The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing [email protected]. In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.Interested in fostering a dog in need? Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon. We always welcome your dogs to come and meet our dogs, too! We'll see you soon at either location!
