Meet Peter Pan

Peter Pan arrived at CTDR with his beloved best friend, Wendy, and the two are deeply bonded and must be adopted together. Peter Pan is a handsome white and brown dapple boy who has completed his vetting and is ready for a foster home or a forever home alongside Wendy. He has experienced one episode of IVDD in the past, which he successfully recovered from with strict crate rest. To help keep him healthy, he should not use stairs or jump on or off furniture. Peter Pan sleeps quietly in his crate but much prefers curling up in the big bed. He should be fed separately, as he has no problem helping himself to Wendy’s food. He is leash and crate trained, loves toys, especially squeakers and rope toys, and enjoys spending time with his people. If given the opportunity, Peter Pan can be a runner if a door is left open, so a secure home and careful door management are important. He does well with kids, dogs, and cats when properly introduced. If you would like to give Peter Pan and Wendy a loving home together, please complete an adoption application at www.ctdr.org.
