Meet DREAM

Meet Dream**Adoption fee is waivedSome dogs spend their golden years curled up on a cozy bed, surrounded by the people they love. Sadly, that hasn't been Dream's story. Now an older girl, Dream finds herself waiting in a shelter instead of a home. While she has some arthritis that comes with age, she doesn't let it stop her from enjoying the simple things in life. She still loves getting outside for leisurely walks, taking in all the wonderful smells, and spending quiet time with the people who show her kindness. Dream is the definition of a gentle soul. She walks beautifully on a leash, takes treats politely, knows a few basic commands, and has a calm, easygoing nature. She loves affection and is happiest when she's close to her people, often leaning in for pets or offering a few sweet kisses in return. Dream did participate in a meet-and-greet with other dogs, and unfortunately, the interaction did not go well. Because of this, we are recommending that Dream's new home be one where she is the only dog. Dream isn't looking for adventure—she's looking for comfort. A soft bed, a peaceful home, and someone to love her through her golden years are all she asks for. In return, she'll give you unwavering loyalty, quiet companionship, and a heart that's still so full of love. If you've ever considered giving a senior dog a second chance, Dream is waiting to show you just how special those golden years can be.78 lbsIf you are interested in meeting Dream, please visit the shelter during open adoption hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10 AM–12:30 PM & 2 PM–4 PMThursday: 10 AM–12:30 PM & 2 PM–6:30 PMSaturday: 9 AM–1 PMIf you do not own your home, please bring written consent from the property owner allowing a dog on the property.
