Percy – Mellow, Affectionate, and Full of Charm Percy is a 10-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix weighing 63 pounds. This sweet senior loves being close to his people and is happiest when he’s receiving affection or sharing a quiet adventure. Loving companion: Percy is a true Velcro dog who absolutely adores butt scratches, happily leaning into you for more. Pets and scratches bring out his adorable wiggly, waggly side. Playful at heart: Despite his mellow nature, Percy loves the game of tug-of-war and enjoys chasing tossed toys and proudly trotting around with them. Smart and food motivated: Percy walks with occasional leash pulling, enjoys treat-finding games, and has quickly picked up the “touch” cue. Easygoing personality: Calm, affectionate, and people-oriented, Percy is a wonderful, loyal dog who enjoys both quiet cuddle time and a little playful fun. Percy would do best as a solo dog, or possibly with a well-matched female dog.
