She's easy on leash and a devoted fan of the slow pace — no pulling, no agenda, just a nice loop at a speed that lets you both look at things. Mocha has spent more than a decade being somebody's constant companion, and she is very good at it. Everything you'd normally spend two years teaching a dog, she already knows. She's gentle, low key, and a quiet house sounds like heaven to her. She won't need a job to do or a training plan — she'll settle where you settle, get up when you get up, and consider that a day well spent. Eleven isn't old for a dog like this. It's practiced.
