Meet Heyy Nova

MEET HEYY NOVA — 5 POUNDS OF PURE, UNFILTERED ATTITUDE! 7 years old. 5 pounds. 150-pound Mastiff mentality. Are you looking for a low-energy companion who will happily spend her days riding shotgun, eating snacks, and holding down the couch? Do you have room in your home for a tiny dictator who has absolutely NO idea she’s small? Then let us introduce you to HEYYYY NOVA! This girl is living proof that size means absolutely NOTHING when you have the confidence of a giant! A LITTLE ABOUT Heyy Nova: Part-time bear chaser, full-time security detail! Nova is the kind of girl who would chase a bear down the street like a tiny can of spicy bear spray. She doesn’t know fear, and she certainly doesn’t know her size! Road trip queen! She LOVES riding in the car. Just don’t be surprised if you stop for gas and come back to find yourself locked out while this tiny security guard barks at you from inside like you’ve got some explaining to do. Food is life! Hey loves to eat, and honestly, who doesn’t love a girl with a healthy appreciation for snacks? ️ Professional couch potato! She’s a low-energy girl who enjoys the finer things in life: relaxing, riding around, eating, and ruling her kingdom from the comfort of her throne. A little obedience goes a long way! She enjoys doing a smidgen of obedience, especially when there’s a good reason to participate. She doesn’t need to run a marathon, but she does need to understand that her new family is in charge! ✨ SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS ✨ Advanced obedience trained Knows RIGHT and HEEL on and off leash E-collar trained Knows her PLACE command Crate trained and potty trained Low-energy companion Loves car rides and relaxing with her people Fully vetted and spayed Tiny body, BIG opinions! She will need a confident, consistent leader who can provide structure, clear boundaries, and guidance. She genuinely believes she’s a 150-pound Mastiff trapped in a tiny pug-mix body, and somebody needs to help her understand that she doesn’t have to run the entire world! What about other dogs? She can live with other dogs, but we believe she’d be happiest as the only dog in the home, where she can soak up the attention and have a little less competition for her royal position. A dog-savvy adopter who appreciates her personality and can maintain structure will be her best match. AND THE SUPPORT DOESN’T END WHEN SHE GOES HOME! Her trainer at Voodoo K9, believe A adoption is about more than finding a dog a couch. It’s about creating a successful, lifelong relationship so her adopter will receive: Individual training to help you learn how to work with her and build a solid relationship. Maintenance classes to keep her skills sharp and continue reinforcing good manners. Lifetime training support for the life of your dog, because we’re here for you long after adoption day! Apply for Heyy Nova on our website and we will get you in touch with her trainer in Lucasville!
