Meet Latte fka Gdawg A494954— a 50-lb American Bulldog who has been waiting at the shelter since August 10.Latte’s owners knew she was here. They said they were coming for her… but that was over a month ago??. And while she has been waiting, this sweet girl has continued to greet everyone with the biggest heart and the happiest wiggles. Latte is affection personified. She has the most adorable wild underbite, big beautiful eyes, floppy ears that bounce with every step, and a full-body wiggle that makes it impossible not to smile??. She even found a toy in the donation box that looks JUST like her! She knows SIT, walks well on leash, takes treats gently, and is working hard on keeping all four paws on the ground when her excitement gets the best of her. She looks like she’s had a litter or two in her past life. Latte’s doggy friend preferences are still not known, although she walked past other dogs without issue. Slow introductions after appropriate decompression is always recommended. Latte is a staff favorite, and collected fans everywhere we went— from staff to visitors in the lobby. She just has that kind of personality. She wants to be loved, and she wants to love you right back. Latte deserves a family who will choose her, keep their promise, and never leave her wondering when they’re coming back. ??Latte is ready to wiggle her way right into your home and finally leave her shelter days behind.
