MEET LILY! Your next walking buddy, road-trip co-pilot & professional good girl! Who says almost 9 is old? Not Lily! This sweet girl still has plenty of pep in her step and is ready to get out there and enjoy the good life! ❤️ Lily came to NorthStar after her owner became ill and could no longer care for her dogs. Now this lovely girl is looking for someone to show her just how wonderful her next chapter can be. And Lily has a pretty impressive résumé: ✨ House-trained ✨ Crate-trained ✨ Healthy ✨ A very good listener ✨ Loves LONG walks ✨ LOVES car rides Basically, Lily is saying, “Grab the leash and the car keys — where are we going?” Lily has lived happily with another dog, and she’s currently enjoying life in foster care. When she spots another dog while out walking, she may have a few things to say. She’s not aggressive — she’s just a little loud and very curious! Think of it as Lily’s way of making sure the neighborhood knows she’s out and about. And here’s one of our favorite things about Lily: she actually likes her crate! Even when she has the freedom to roam the house, sometimes she chooses to curl up in her own little space. A girl who appreciates a little peace and quiet? We totally get it. ❤️ Lily is up to date on her vaccinations and ready to find the person or family who will make her their forever girl. She doesn't need anything fancy. She just needs someone who will love her, take her on walks, invite her along for car rides, give her a cozy place to call home, and appreciate all the wonderful things that come with a mature girl who knows what she wants.
