Meet Moose V

8/27/2026 Moose V is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Moose V! I am a handsome 9 year old flashy fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to one of my owner's in hospice care and my owners are financially unable to care for me any longer and are unable to take me with them when moving. I live with Chuy, who is also looking for a forever home, but it is not required that we be adopted together. I am described as friendly, smart, calm, affectionate, and obedient! I am said to be dog friendly but have never lived with cats so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. There are grandkids that come to my home and it is said that I am kid friendly! I am house trained but will need assistance with crate training in my forever home. I like dry dog food with a topper and at night I sleep in my bed on the floor. If the humans are away and I am left alone, I am sad but have Chuy to keep me company. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, blankets, and treats! My current owner says I "am very loving" and that I am "very good with adults and kids".
