Meet Nova
Mantis and Nova are a bonded brother-and-sister pair, both 7 years old, who are looking for a loving home together after their world was unexpectedly turned upside down. Their mom was recently diagnosed with dementia, and her family made the difficult decision to find these two sweet dogs a safe and stable place to land. Having only ever known one home, Mantis and Nova are navigating a big change and would love nothing more than to stay by each other’s side. Nova, the brother, is a little larger in size, while Mantis is approximately 12 pounds of pure love and cuddles. Both are affectionate, gentle companions who enjoy being close to their people and bring a quiet, comforting presence to a home. Losing everything familiar is hard, but with the right family, Mantis and Nova can begin their next chapter together. They are hoping for a soft landing — and a forever home where they can remain the loving duo they’ve always been. Please give some thought to adopting a bonded pair. Mantis and Nova have a special connection, and by welcoming them together, you’ll be giving two deserving dogs the comfort, companionship, and stability they need to thrive.
