Meet Perro 44439

Perro is an 11–12-year-old male Pekingese who has been neutered. Found as a stray , out in the county, with no owner to claim him, he sports a long white coat with tan patches and weighs 18 pounds. This senior gentleman is calm, laid-back, and bonds quickly with anyone who shows him attention and kindness. Sweet and quiet, he’s the perfect companion for someone looking for a loyal “velcro” friend. Perro is leash-trained and house-trained if taken out every few hours, and due to his age, he would need to be an indoor dog only. His adoption will be considered an “end of life” adoption—not because there’s anything wrong with him, but simply due to his age, and our staff can explain the details. Perro is a charming golden bachelor who just needs a loving owner and a comfy couch to call home, and he’ll be a devoted friend for life. He would be fine in a home with both children and other dogs.
