Meet Wilbur
Wilbur's adoption fee has been paid for with a donation from Tim PantleI am beloved by a volunteer! Check out my video here: https://youtube.com/shorts/SDhlokPBfkI?is=B-99rdPApBdqjhBf10/2 Jog A Dog: Wilbur licked a couple of kids’ hands when they approached him (with their parents permission. Their ages ranged from 18 months to 7 years. Wilbur is super sweet. He’s a great walking and running companion. He seems excited to meet new dogs, but is not at all reactive. He’s a little jumpy when he initially meets - new friend, but definitely settles down and seems eager to obey instructions to stay down. He is treat and food motivated. He will sit and lay down upon command for treats. We headed to the marina and went along the bike trail down to the water pumping station. Then we turned around and ran back along the bike trail to the Tower Bridge and then over to scout out sea lions. We didn’t see any on the dock, but did see a couple of them playing in the river. We met several people in our travels who all loved Wilbur. We had breakfast and then walked back to the shelter.
