Meet Miss Beetle

NOT YET TAKING APPLICATIONS – NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NEW INTAKE 9/25/2026: Miss Beetle - female - 13 years old - 6.0 pounds - Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix Reason for intake: Last year, Miss Beetle was taken in by a nice lady who saw her listed on the Nextdoor app looking for a 4-6 week foster while her owner went to rehab. The two communicated regularly but the 4-6 week foster turned into months and then, the owner's cell was disconnected and he was nowhere to be found. Since the nice lady had already four dogs of her own, she really wanted her to have a home of her own. She'd been a follower of ours for years and reached out. We took her in. Most everything has been done for this little girl so we will be posting her for adoption soon with details. Stay tuned! NOT TAKING APPLICATIONS: Many dogs, particularly breeder, hoarder or senior dogs, can have multiple medical issues that need addressed. Additionally, sometimes we take in young puppies requiring multiple vaccinations and/or quarantining. In this particular case, we are not yet taking applications either due to age or possible illness or some other reason. We will post when s(he) is ready for adoption. In the interest of fairness, EARLY application submissions will NOT be considered. Please note… we cannot respond to messages/emails, etc., on dogs that are NOT yet available for adoption.
